Products
Only the best and qualitative products from professional China manufacturers can be found on our site. CnBuyNow.com ships only those products, which undergo quality tests; it means checks of the goods’ outlook, functionality of the hardware and software, packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. Parcels are checked twice before being shipped to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the electrical / socket adapters are suitable for your country.
(You should be aware of the fact that in case of region-specific items such as PAL / NTSC TV/Video Color Regions, digital TV, GSM mobile phones etc. you are responsible for ordering the correct units. You will receive exactly what you order.)
Goods delivery
Products are shipped via Air Express courier.
Certainly, the choice of courier changes according to the country, although the majority of countries currently have: DHL, FedEx, and UPS. China EMS is also available for certain countries. Small orders may as well be delivered at affordable price by Air Mail. This option will appear automatically in the checkout if your goods weight is not too high (about 2kg).
If package is lost, broken, or stolen before it reaches you.
CnBuyNow.com will resend the goods or give a full refund.
An Air Mail package has not arrived after a long time.
A full refund will be provided if the delivery deadline has expired. These cases are rare, and if this ever occurs, we will inform you of the delivery deadline for your package, (usually 30-60 days depending on the region).
A multi-part delivery arrives missing some items or packets.
If such situation occurs, you have to raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. In case you provide correct documentary proof through the courier company reporting process, CnBuyNow.com will resend the goods or give a refund.
Items in the packet arrive in a damaged condition.
In this case you must raise the issue immediately with the courier or delivery company. If you make the correct reporting process, products may be returned to the courier and CnBuyNow.com will reship new goods or give a refund. In case of inaction and delay in following the courier's reporting procedure, no adequate documentation will be provided to prove products arrived damaged, we will provide advice on a case-by-case basis about the possibility of returning the products to China for replacements or a refund.
A shipment is delayed, turned back, or seized by Customs
You are liable, if the Customs issue was your responsibility. In case the delivery failure was caused by CnBuyNow.com. You will receive compensation. Cases like this are rare; nevertheless you should know your responsibilities.
General Delivery Failure Cases Where You Accept Liability
You (or the consignee) have to accept delivery of the product and take care of any applicable procedures/charges from your local Customs.
If the delivery fails because:
you were not at home or the courier could not contact you
the delivery details were wrong
the recipient fails to accept the goods
the courier cannot satisfactorily verify the identity of the person attempting to receive the goods
the courier cannot deliver to a remote area or invalid address
delivery fails due to war, disaster, etc
other similar scenarios beyond our control
... Thus, you accept that CnBuyNow.com is not liable and no compensation will be provided.
Delivery time
It takes 3 days to ship the order after processing the payment.
Nowadays, the delivery terms for various express services are:
DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT: 2-5 days.
Air Mail: 3-10 days.
You will be contacted if there will be a delay due to the lack of the ordered product in stock, various options will be offered. For example, change of the product, separate shipment or other. Certainly if you place a considerable order the delivery time may be extended, because we contact factory to get the product. Nevertheless, you will be contacted.
Shipping info
Our products cannot be delivered to distant areas, PO boxes or APO addresses. If we consider the order undeliverable we may refuse, cancel or refund it.
Orders
Customer is automatically notified by E-mail when we approve and ship his/her order (Please make sure your e-mail filter allows mail from support@CnBuyNow.com ). The orders aren’t shipped within 24 hours to provide you a possibility to change, update or cancel address details and/or the order items. Customers can request cancellation of orders by phone or email quoting their order details. If a customer requests cancellation of an order after this period of time (when order is already in processing) CnBuyNow.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee, deducted from the resultant refund or credit. If something requires changes – you should immediately contact us. Order number has to be provided if the changes are required. Otherwise, order will be sent in compliance with initially provided details. While shopping at CnBuyNow.com you can order as much as you want with no limits. It is advised to place small orders before big ones (over 100 items). If you want to order over 200 items – it is better to order samples and then go back to CnBuyNow.com and use the ticket system to receive a special price.
The minimal order you can place is for $19, and the maximum order value for a single order must not be above $600.
Warranty & Returns
12 MONTH WARRANTY is provided for all of our products.
Due to our stringent sourcing and QC processes, the fault rate on products shipped out by CnBuyNow.com is very low. Nevertheless, from time to time there occur mistakes which couldn't be detected initially; you will receive corresponding help in solving these problems.
The return is made in case a product develops a fault during the 365 days since you received it, and the fault caused by a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse.
The return cost is paid by customers and the products are being sent to the CnBuyNow.com returns address in either Hong Kong or China as instructed by Customer Support.
We will not accept returns without prior discussion and authorization.
The returned products are repaired and sent back to you for free. Repairing may involve changing parts, for example a faulty screen. In general you will receive back, fixed, the same product you returned to us.
In case the item is impossible to repair a full refund is provided as well as original shipping fee so that you can choose to buy a new one or change to a different item.
Who pays for what?
Expenditures for import duties on the China side and restocking fees as well as cost of shipping repaired item back to customer are paid by CnBuyNow.com.
Any new import duty or sales tax for the consignee for the returned repaired products sent from China is their responsibility in compliance with the usual policies.
Exceptions to Warranty
• The warranty doesn’t cover products purchased not at CnBuyNow.com.
• The user voids the warranty if s/he flashes the firmware of a device, opens the body in an attempt to fix, or otherwise uses the device in a way that is not considered normal usage.
• The warranty does not extend to free repair / replacement in cases of product’s damage, accidental breakage, misuse, or wear and tear.
• Batteries have a special condition applied to them due to impracticability of applying a 12 month rule.
• Projector Lamps have a special condition applied due to the fact that lifetime depends on hours of use.
• RC Toys are not covered for your breakage and internal rechargeable batteries are covered by the general battery warranty limitation.
Refunds & Cancellations
In case an obviously bona fide order has been placed, and has entered processing in our warehouse, CnBuyNow.com does reserve the right to charge a restocking fee up to 20% of the value of the goods, at our discretion. The most likely instance where this is applicable is where the customer requests a cancellation of the order for reasons beyond CnBuyNow.com’s control, but the goods have already been dispatched from the warehouse and CnBuyNow.com actually incurs costs physically returning packages from Hong Kong or Shenzhen depots back to our warehouse. Another possible instance where we may charge restocking fees is where a customer cancels several processing orders all at the same time.
- Additional charges may be deducted from refunds in cases where items have been shipped overseas and are returned for reasons beyond CnBuyNow.com’s control, and where as a result CnBuyNow.com incurs return shipping charges and China import duties and taxes, as well as further domestic shipping expenses.
- If the consignee refuses to accept receipt of goods because they have changed their mind about the purchase, or because they do not accept paying their own country's import duties and taxes, or for similar reasons beyond CnBuyNow.com 's control, CnBuyNow.com will deduct from the refund all of the expenses incurred in returning the goods to us in China. For this reason it is particularly important for customers to be aware of import regulations in their own country, and for dropship vendors to inform their customers about possible taxes on imported goods. It is the responsibility of the buyer, and not of CnBuyNow.com, to find out full information about import regulations and taxes in the consignee's country, in advance of placing a payment for an order. However, customer must contact us as soon as possible via E-mail.
